Eligibility & Account Registration

• Account Accuracy: You agree to provide true, current, and complete information during registration
• Single Account: Each contestant may maintain only one account. Multiple accounts used to circumvent competition rules will result in immediate disqualification

Subscriptions & Payments

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (daily or monthly). Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g. Pay Here, Mobile Networks, Apple App Store, Google Play)
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled
• Refunds: Subscription fees and competition entry fees are generally non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for specific exceptions

Competition Rules & Submissions

• Permission to perform: By submitting a recording, you warrant that the performance is your own original work or you have obtained permission from the intellectual property rights holders to perform and does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property
• Content Standards: Submissions must not contain obscene, offensive, or illegal material. Any entry violating these standards will be disqualified without a refund
• Judging: All decisions made by Voice Star judges or automated AI scoring systems are final and binding. No appeals will be considered unless a technical error is proven

Intellectual Property Rights

• User Content License: You retain ownership of your voice recordings. However, by submitting them to Voice Star, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and broadcast your performance for promotional and competition purposes
• App Ownership: All app software, branding, and original content are the exclusive property of Voice Star

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• "As-Is" Basis: The app is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that your device will be compatible
• Health & Safety: Participation in vocal competitions is at your own risk. Voice Star is not liable for vocal strain or injuries resulting from your performance
• Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the last 12 months

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms, including fraudulent behavior or harassment of other contestants.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
