Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Verified technical issues that prevent app access or subscription use
  • Failure of Voice Star to deliver purchased subscription features

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind after subscription activation
  • Completed or ongoing competition submissions
  • Partial subscription periods already used
  • Issues caused by the user's device, network, or failure to meet app requirements
  • Promotional or discounted subscription purchases

Subscription Renewal and Cancellations

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
  • Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not generate a refund for the current billing period
  • Users maintain access to premium features until the end of the already-paid term

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, users must:

  • Provide subscription details: full name, subscription date and the description of the issue
  • Allow up to 07 business days for review and response

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
  • Voice Star reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet policy criteria
